Summary: Yoochun is an angel who came down to earth to search for his “Twin Souls” despite the warning and punishment he might received. Junsu is a human who was already in love with someone else.

Soul Mates – a person with whom one has a feeling of deep or natural affinity, similarity, love, intimacy, sexuality, spirituality or compatibility.

Twin Souls (Twin Flames) – The other half of your soul.

As told from generation to generation, many considered this only to be a myth, a legend. Some considered it as nothing, but a fairy tales the elders told their children to have hope and faith in love. To believe in love. Some even considered it as a way of life, another belief they held dear to their hearts.

No one could say for sure as how this belief or this myth came to be. How far back in history had this myth existed. The one thing that everyone was certain about was that dating back as far as history of mankind existed every race, every culture, the same myth was told among their people. The myth of “Soul Mates” or “Twin Souls”. It had become a major part in their religions, their way of life. No one dared to question it as they had seen the outcome whether it was good or bad.

“Now Yunho.” Elder Lee began. “Before a guardian angel is appoints to their charge. They will need to learn the history of this world, and the order of it.”
“Yes, Elder Lee.” Little Yunho nodded obediently. “I’m ready.”
“Good, let’s begin.” Elder Lee smiled and began to teach Little Yunho about the history of the world. “Our world is split into two living realms, which are heaven and earth. Heaven is only made for us immortals. Those who are not immortals are to strictly stay on earth. Yunho, do you know who are allowed to stay here in heaven?”
“Angels!” Little Yunho answered excitedly.
Elder Lee nodded with a smile. Yunho was a bright student. “Who else?”
Tilting his head to the side, Little Yunho answered in a softer tone. “Gods and Goddesses?”
“Correct. Very good, Yunho.” Little Yunho beamed at the praised.
“Now can you tell me why guardian angels are different from all the other angels?”
“Because we have responsibility.” Little Yunho answered.
“What kind of responsibility?”
“We are supposed to take care of our human.”
“That’s right. Anything else?” Elder Lee asked the young soon-to-be guardian angel.
“Only guardian angels are allowed to be seen and lived with human. We can be on earth.”
Elder Lee clapped lightly at Little Yunho’s answer. “Bravo, Yunho-ah.”
“But Elder Lee…” Little Yunho scrunched his eyebrow in confusion. “I heard Heechul hyung and Leetuk hyung talked about how guardian angels have no soul. What does it mean?”
Elder Lee chuckled. “It means that guardian angels are born into this world without a soul. Their main purpose is to protect and watch over their charge. Guardian angels die when their charge dies. But, all the other angels are born with a soul. It’s not a whole soul just only half of it.”
“Only half?” Little Yunho questioned. “Why?”
“Because the other half is with another person whether they are human or angels or even the GODS.”
“Wow.”
“Have you ever heard of the words ‘Soul Mates’ and ‘Twin Souls’, Yunho?”
“I think so.” Little Yunho mumbled.
“You see that’s why everybody else has souls, so that later on in their life they can find their missing half. A Twin Souls is when two halves of a soul met and a bond was formed. They are each other halves, a destined mate. Understand? ”
“Like a jigsaw puzzle, they fit!”
“Yes, they do.” Elder Lee continued. “But Soul Mates are when two different halves of a soul was to met and bond. They are not a destined mate. It is acceptable, but also a consequence should follow if a bond between Soul Mates should happen.”
“Consequence?” Little Yunho asked. “Like what?”
“If a bond between Soul Mates is formed, their suppose destined mate would be the one to suffer. Their souls would be able to sense the upcoming attraction or bond. The souls would then start to called and reached out to its other halves. The more the other halves resist, the more the souls would ache and cried out for its other halves. The more their destined mate denied their souls calling, the ache would increased and caused visible damaged to the body whether it was emotionally or physically. Eventually if the two halves of a soul were not able to unite as Twin Souls, the one being left would slowly felt as if their soul was being ripped from their body to break the bond of a Twin Souls and their life would cease to exist. Most of the time Soul Mates occur, the effect it had on their other half was not witness by those who actually caused it.”
“The half of the soul will die?” Little Yunho asked, eyes brimming with tears at the horror of reality. “That’s…that’s horrible!”
“It’s the way of life, Yunho-ah.” Elder Lee explained. “It’s the way of life.”

Weaving through and around each cloud, Yoochun pumped his wings faster as he constantly looked over his shoulder, paranoid of being followed. His heart beat wildly against his rib cage. The adrenaline rushed through his entire body, wave after wave of fear rolled off of him. Yoochun shut his eyes tight as he tried to desperately block the image of what could have happen to him if he were caught by the elders. The punishment would be severe.

How could the elders asked him to wait? Why couldn’t they grant him permission to go down to earth? How could they deny him when he was feeling like this? The more Yoochun thought about the matter the dull pain he had been feeling deep inside his body began to grow more and more. His soul was calling out to its other half; it was his time to mate. Yoochun was sure of it. So why couldn’t the elders understand? No matter, he had already made the decision. He had sneaked out of heaven to search for his mate. His Twin Souls. Yoochun could only hope that he would be able to find him before the elders issued a punishment on him.

Junsu hummed in contentment as he walked around his room getting ready for his big date with Jaejoong. Yunho watched his charge in amusement from Junsu’s bedroom windowsill, his favorite spot. In all the years he had been Junsu’s guardian angel he had never seen his charge this happy before.

“What?” Junsu asked in confusion. “You had this look on your face. It’s creepy.”
Yunho smiled at him. “Nothing. I’m just happy seeing you all happy. It’s just…it’s just that I haven’t seen you this happy in such a long time.”
Junsu walked right over to the angel and gave his best friend/guardian angel a fierce hug. “I am, Yunho. I am so happy. I think…no…I know that Jaejoong is the one for me.”
“Twin Souls, huh?” Yunho chuckled as he returned the hug and made himself comfortable against Junsu’s chest.

Before Junsu could uttered a reply, a loud crashed could be heard coming from their front yard. The instinct need to protect his charge took over as Yunho immediately stood up and pushed Junsu behind him, using his own body as a shield, ready to protect Junsu from any harm.

“Yunho?” Junsu voice shook slightly.
Yunho turned and with a firm voice, he said. “Stay here in your room. Don’t come out unless I say so. Got it?”

Junsu nodded. Yunho practically flew out of the room slamming the door shut on his way out. Junsu wasted no time and hurriedly ran to lock the door before backing up and taking comfort in his own bed.

Yoochun groaned and tried to extract himself away from the lawn chair he had just crashed into. In his haste to hurry to his destined mate’s house, Yoochun had over looked where he was going and before he even realized it he had crashed right into one of the lawn chair, almost broke his wings in the process.

“Who sent you here?” Yunho asked, wings spread out and in battle mode ready to take action against the fallen angel on his front yard.
Yoochun stood wobbly on his feet, eyes scanning the area quickly, making sure he was at the right place. “Is…is Kim Junsu your charge?”
“What do you want with him?” Yunho demanded, stepping closer to Yoochun. He could see that the other angel was unsteady on his feet and his feature was beyond exhaustion. Yunho asked again, “Who sent you here?”
“No…nobody sent me here.” Yoochun breathed out. His vision blurred. Everything spun around him. Yoochun took a deep breath and gathered one last strength to tell the guardian angel his purpose of being there. “I broke the rule by coming here. Kim Junsu is my Twin Souls. The elders wouldn’t let me come, but I had to…” With that said Yoochun’s eyes rolled into the back of his head, his legs immediately gave out as he passed out from exhaustion.

Yunho squeaked as he flew over to catch the angel before his body made contacted with the ground. The last bit of information that Yoochun said ran through his head. Kim Junsu is my Twin Souls. Kim Junsu is my Twin Souls. Kim Junsu is my Twin Souls.

“Junsu!” Yunho shouted. “It’s safe. Open the door.”

Junsu swung the door open with wide terrified eyes. His eyes took notice of the unconscious angel in Yunho’s arm. “Yunho-ah? What…?”

“I’ll explain later Su-ah. Let me put him on your bed.” Yunho gently laid the angel on Junsu’s king size bed, being extra careful of his wings.
“Who is he?” Junsu asked once again.
“I’m not sure, Su-ah.” Yunho lied. There was no point in telling Junsu the truth. Not when he wasn’t sure of it himself. “He’s not here to harm you.”
“Are you sure?” Junsu asked hesitantly.
Sensing the hesitation in Junsu’s voice, Yunho cupped Junsu’s cheeks in his hands. He spoke in a low soothing voice. “Su-ah, I would never let anything happen to you. Don’t you trust me?”
Junsu relaxed. “You know I trust you with my life.”
“Good.” Yunho forced a smile on to his face. “Now why don’t you go ahead and meet Jaejoong? I’ll handle everything here.”
“Sure.” Junsu reluctantly agreed and left. He was relief to be able to get away from the unconscious angel. He couldn’t pinpoint on what it was, but there was this strange feeling deep inside him ever since Yunho’s carried the angel into his bedroom.

“I broke the rule by coming here. Kim Junsu is my Twin Souls.”

Those words kept replaying over and over in Yunho’s mind.

If he did break the rule by coming here then… Yunho gulped. Knowing exactly what will happen to the angel. Just as the thought crossed his mind Yunho glanced over at the unconscious form and sure enough the punishment had already begun taken its placed.

The unconscious angel usual white wings were slowly turning grey and soon enough it would be completely black, He was banished. No longer welcome in heaven and by those of his kinds. It confused Yunho as to why the angel was here. If what the angel said was true. He was here to bond with Junsu because their souls called out to each other, but why wouldn’t the elders granted him permission? Why must he sneak out to come here? Yunho’s thoughts were soon interrupt when a soft moan was heard throughout the room.

“Be careful.” Yunho said as he helped the fallen angel into a sitting position. “I’m Yunho. What’s your name?”
Yoochun eyed his once white wings and chuckled bitterly. “I’m banned now, aren’t I?”
Yunho nodded feeling sympathy for the others. “It seems so. Why don’t you tell me your name first? Then you can explain to me why you are here?”
“My name is Yoochun.” The angel introduced himself. “Is Kim Junsu your charge?”
“He is.” Yunho nodded in confirmation. “Is what you said earlier true? That you’re his Twin Souls.”
“Yes, I’m his…”
“YUNHO!” Junsu burst through the door screaming excitingly, Jaejoong trailing closely behind, both with a smile on their face. “Look. Look.”
Yunho couldn’t help, but smiled at Junsu’s over enthusiastic nature. “Look at what, Su-ah.”
Junsu shoved both his and Jaejoong’s hand for Yunho to see, showing off their matching rings. “Joongie proposed.”

-*-*-*-*-*-

Was this the reason why the elders won’t let me come down here? They knew? Of course they knew. Yoochun thought bitterly.

Then something clicked inside Yoochun’s head. The dull pain he felt deep within his body. It was the pain from his soul calling reaching out to its other half, but it wasn’t because it was time for him to mate. It was because the other half of his soul was ready to bond with another.

Yoochun muffled his sobs with the fist of his hand as realization hit him. Junsu, his supposed to be Twin Souls, were no longer his. Junsu had fallen in love with another and left Yoochun alone to suffer.

“I’ll call you tonight.” Jaejoong said, his lips locked tightly against Junsu’s soft one. “I got to go.”
“Ok.” Junsu hummed as they ended their kisses, his arms still however refused to let go of Jaejoong. “Promise?”
Jaejoong chuckled. “Yes, I promise. You need to let me go, Junsu-ah.” He gently leaned down to placed a soft kiss against Junsu’s left temple, whispering. “Yunho looked about ready to kill me. Beside I need to go, babe. I promise I’ll call you tonight.”
Junsu pouted, but let his lover go nonetheless. “Fine. Bye Joongie.”
Jaejoong winked as he waved his boyfriend good bye.

Yunho tapped his foot impatiently as he waited for Junsu to come back inside the house. “Are you done?”
Junsu shut the door and stared at Yunho in confusion. Shouldn’t his guardian angel be happy with his engagement? “Yes, what’s wrong with you?”
Yunho sighed. “Did you forget about what happen this morning?”
“This morning?” Junsu thought back, brows scrunched in knots. “The falling angel?”
Yunho nodded. “Yeah him. Aren’t you curious?”
“I totally forgot about him.” Junsu giggled. “So what’s up?”
Yunho shook his head with a sigh. Junsu really did have a one track mind. “Come sit, Su-ah.”
“This sound serious.” Junsu said, but followed the angel to their couch anyway.
“It is.”
“Is it about the angel?”
“Yes.”
“Is he here to…to hurt me?” Junsu asked nervously.
Yunho let out a bitter smile. “No, Su-ah. Quite the opposite actually.”
“Huh?”
“Do you really truly love Jaejoong?”
Junsu’s eyes widen in surprise at the question. “Of course. What brought this on, Yunho?”
“The fallen angel? He’s here because of you, but not to hurt you.” Yunho took a deep breath before he continued. “He’s here because he is your Twin Souls.”
“Tw…Twin…Twin Souls?” Junsu laughed nervously. “That myth? Come on, Yunho. Do you really believe that...that myth is real?”
Yunho watched him with scrutiny eyes. “You know I do, Su-ah.”
“Well I don’t.” Junsu crossed his arms in defiance. “I think it’s crap.”
Yunho gasped out loud. “Do…don’t insult it.”
“Why not? My life is great right now if you haven’t notice. I have a career. My lover just proposed to me.” Junsu ranted, showing the ring to Yunho once again to further prove his point.

Yunho was at lost for words. For the first time he could clearly sense Junsu’s hatred about the situation. His heart ached at what Yoochun might be going through.

“He’s still in my bedroom, right?” Junsu asked, getting ready to go upstairs to clear things up with Yoochun.
“Wait, Su-ah!”
“It’s OK.” Yoochun announced his presence as he made his way over to them. “I know Yunho probably had told you already. So I’m assuming you have question. Well ask away. I’m willing to answer.”
Junsu crossed his arms in a huffed, eyeing the fallen angel up and down. “Why are your wings black?”
“The elders banished me.” Yoochun whispered.
“Oh, sorry.”
Yoochun shrugged. “It’s all right.”
“What’s your name?” Junsu asked, letting his wall down. Just a little. “Is what Yunho said true? Are you really my Twin Souls?”
“My name is Yoochun. Yes, I really am your Twin Souls.”
His guard went up immediately as he heard the replied. “I don’t believe in that stuff.”
“I know.” Yoochun whispered dejectedly.
“If you know, then why are you still here?” Junsu asked nonchalantly. He didn’t care if he hurt Yoochun’s feeling. The one thing he was sure of was that nobody was going to ruined what he had with Jaejoong. Not Yunho and definitely not Yoochun.
“JUNSU!” Yunho was surprised at Junsu. In all the years that they were together, Junsu had never acted out like this.
“What?” Junsu shrugged his shoulder innocently, ignoring the glare from his best friend/guardian angel. “I’m just being honest.”
“It’s ok, Yunho.” Yoochun cut in. “I appreciate you honesty Junsu and as to answer your question as to why I’m still here. Well if you still insisted to having those strong feeling about Jaejoong-shii and myself, then it won’t be long until I’m gone.”
“Right?” Junsu rolled his eyes. He answered sarcastically. “The dying part. Don’t be so dramatic.”
Yoochun smiled bitterly at Junsu’s words. “If there’s no more question, please excuse me.”
“By all mean.”
“Yoochun…” Yunho called out.
The angel turned and gave the guardian angel a half smiled. Tears welled up in his eyes. “I’ll be back, Yunho-ah. I just need some air beside where else can I really go, huh?”

-*-*-*-*-*-

After their encounter, much too Junsu’s disagreement Yoochun continued to stay with them. But to Junsu’s surprised he hardly saw the angel because the latter would always locked himself up in the guest room. Yunho had taken to ignoring him, only spoken to him when he deemed it necessary.

The changed was happening slowly. Yunho could sense it at night when Junsu was asleep while Yoochun was writing in agony as the soul within his body tried to break free. It worsens as time goes on.

Yunho had tried several times to try to get Junsu to talk about what would happen to him and to Yoochun, about their Twin Souls. But Junsu would always brush him off, or worse snapped at him for continuously bringing up the topic. Having been rudely talked to for so many times, Yunho had eventually stopped talking to his charge. For the first couple of days Junsu was grateful, as time pass by he couldn’t stand the fact that his best friend had refused to talk to him. He missed it. Even since he had seen Yunho, the two had never stopped spoken to one another. Never.

“Yunho-ah.” Junsu whined as he followed his guardian angel around the kitchen. “Please talk to me. Please.”
Yunho gave out a tiring sigh. “What is it, Su-ah?”
Instead of answering the guardian angel’s question, Junsu threw himself into his best friend’s arms and cried. “I’m sorry. Please never stop talking to me again. Please, I’ll do anything you want.”
“Even if it was about Yoochun?” Yunho asked with a little hope.
“If it’ll get you to talk to me, then yes.” Junsu sniffed.
“Silly human.” Yunho mumbled as he pushed Junsu away from his chest, despite his charge protest, to gently wipe the tears away from his face. “I was never mad at you, Su-ah. I was just disappointed.”
“I’m sorry.”
“I know you don’t want to hear it, but I would really appreciate it if you would take the time to hear me out.” Yunho said calmly. “Can you do that?”
“Yes.”
“So how did you sleep?” Yunho asked even though he had already known the answer.
Junsu pouted. “You know how well I slept. Ever since Yoochun showed up in my life I hadn’t had a good sleep since. I kept tossing and turning.”
“And I’m sure you know why.”
Junsu mumbled. “I don’t know.”
“You know, Junsu.” Yunho raised his voice, just a little. “I don’t understand how you can keep denying everything when you felt it deep in your body every time you went out to see Jaejoong and every night when you went to sleep.”
“Wh…what?” Junsu stared at him with mixed emotion. “I have no idea what you are talking about.”
“Give it up, Su.” Yunho gritted his teeth in anger. “I’m your guardian angel remember. What you felt, I felt. Stop denying it.”
“I…I…”
“I’m glad you are a heavy sleeper, Su.” Yunho whispered so softly that Junsu almost missed it. “I would hate for you to feel the same pain Yoochun felt every night.”
“W..what? Pain? Wh..what pain? He’s in pain?” Junsu rambled. Despite his act of hatred toward the fallen angel, deep in his heart Junsu couldn’t deny the fact that Yoochun had a special place in them even though they had rarely spoken to one another.
“Junsu-ah.” Yunho said, taking Junsu’s hand into his own larger one. He could feel how shaky the hands were. “You know the myth. He doesn’t have much time left. The pain increase each day and almost quadruple each night.”
“But…but…I don’t…”
“I know you think you don’t feel the same about him, but please think about it. How happy are you with Jaejoong? Are you really happy? Is he truly the one for you? Or is he someone you comfortable with? Another best friend? Think about it, please.”
“I…I will.” Junsu promised. “Where is he? Is he still asleep?”

At the mention of Yoochun, Yunho bit his lips and unconsciously turned his head away. His eyes brimming with unshed tears as he recalled what Yoochun had gone through last night. The angel had been in so much pain that he had begged Yunho to end his life.

Junsu was shocked to see the tears trailing down Yunho’s cheeks. He gently turned his face around. With eyes full of worried, Junsu asked. “Yunho? What happened?”
“He’s not asleep. Hasn’t been since last night.”
“Then why hasn’t he come down?”
“He can’t.” Yunho uttered while trying to stifle the sobs that threaten to leave his lips.
Junsu panicked. “What? Why? What happened?”
Yunho calmed himself enough to answer his charge question. “Last night was the worst. The pain that struck him left him unable to move his body.  He can only move his left arm.”

Hearing what happened; Junsu tore his hands away from Yunho’s tight grip and sprint toward the guest room where Yoochun was. Not bothering to knock, Junsu practically kicked the door open. His knees buckled at the scene, and if it weren’t for Yunho’s quick reflex he would have collapsed. There, Yoochun was, laid out on the bed unable to move. The only indication that he was still alive was his chest moving up and down as his lung took in the much needed air.

His once usual gorgeous black wings were now nothing like what Junsu had seen just weeks before. The wings that were full of shiny black feather had transform into one of the opposite. The feather had begun to shed, more than half were now scattered all over the floor painting it black.

With shaky legs, Junsu carefully step around the fallen feathers until he reached Yoochun’s bed side. Yoochun’s unmoving body twitched slightly as his half of the soul reacted to the closeness of his Twin Souls. The only movement his body was able to do at the moment. Gathering the last of his strength Yoochun’s blindly reached his left hand out, searching for Junsu. The need to feel him was too great to ignore.

The sight was too much for Junsu, as he shut his eyes tightly before turning around and left. Feeling the gaping hole within his soul once again, Yoochun let his arm fell down with a loud plop. The last bit of his strength left him. The sobs that were about to leave his mouth was replaced by a loud shrilling scream as another painful wave cursed through his already battered body. Yoochun shut his eyes tight as he willingly embraced the pain.

Soon. I would no longer be a burden to you, my love.

-*-*-*-*-*-

Junsu squeezed his eyes shut as another scream was tore from Yoochun’s mouth. The tears that he had stubbornly refused to let free was now unstoppable as it trailed down his cheeks painting it wet Each scream, each pain acted as a knife that repeatedly plunged deep into Junsu’s heart. Stabbing it over and over again. Junsu choked at the pain. The constant pained that he learned to ignore ever since Yoochun’s arrival was flaring throughout his body. It was a reminder of what Yunho had said his feeling toward Jaejoong.

He thought back to the time when they first met, their first date, their first kiss, and their first night together as lovers. Junsu cringed at those memories. Never once had all those times he spent with Jaejoong had made him felt so alive, so complete. The way his body reacted to Jaejoong was nothing compared to how his body reacted toward Yoochun. With Yoochun his heart, his soul ached just to have him in his arms with just a look, a touch he felt a peace within his body. He felt none of those with Jaejoong.

The truth was like a slapped to his face. How foolish he was this past couple of weeks. The pain he put Yoochun through. With his mind made up, Junsu picked up his cell phone; he pressed the familiar number and waited.

“Junsu-ah?” Jaejoong greeted.
Taking a deep breath, Junsu muttered. “Joongie…”
“I know…” Jaejoong said, knowing exactly the reason Junsu had called. “Su-ah, I know.”
The younger man asked in bewilderment. “Wh…Ho..How?”
“I’ve known for a while.” Jaejoong began. “The reason I didn’t say anything was because I want you to figure it out for yourself.”
“Why?”
“I’m sorry, Junsu.” Jaejoong apologized. “I really am. We are not meant to be together, Su-ah. You are not my Twin Souls as I am not yours. We don’t love each other that way. Beside we are hurting others because of our selfless acts.”
“Other? What others?” Junsu asked confusingly.
“Yoochun and you are not the only couple who are suffering.”
“You mean…” Realization hit Junsu. “You too?”
“He’s hurting because of me, just like how Yoochun is hurting because of you.”
“So I guess this is good bye?”
Jaejoong chuckled. “You still have me as your friend, Junsu.”
“Same here.” Junsu grinned. The guilt he felt was slowly disappearing. The only thing left to do was to tell Yoochun. “I’ll talk to you later, hyung. I got to go.”
Jaejoong smiled in understanding. “OK.”

-*-*-*-*-*-

Pacing back and forth in front of the guest room, millions of thought ran through his mind as how he should approach the angel. Lost in thoughts, Junsu didn’t even noticed Yunho watching him silently from the doorway. Finally after several minutes of pacing and mumbling incoherent things to himself, Junsu had gathered enough courage to go confessed.

Junsu blushed bright red when he saw Yunho biting back a grin. He gave out a nervous chuckled. “Umm…How long were you here?”
Yunho smirked. “A while.”
Ignoring Yunho’s amusing grinned, Junsu asked. “Is Yoochun awake? Is he OK?”
At the mention of Yoochun the smile slipped from Yunho’s face, a frown immediately replacing it. “Junsu…”

Junsu panicked and pushed past Yunho before the guardian angel could finish his sentence. His eyebrows scrunched in confusion. Everything looked exactly the same as it did when he was here just mere hour ago, Junsu breathed out a sigh of relief. Just as he was about to turn to give Yunho the scolding of his life, it was then he noticed the difference. The wings full of black feathers that Junsu had unconsciously grown to love were now bare of any feathers. Yunho gently placed his hand on Junsu’s tensed shoulder as not to startle the human.

Junsu turned to him with teary eyes. With a tremor he asked. “Is…is he…”
“He’s still alive.” Yunho answered, heart going out to both Junsu and Yoochun. “But…”
“But what, Yunho?” Junsu asked fearing the worst.
“I don’t know for how long. He’s barely hanging on.”
Inhaling sharply, Junsu hurriedly approach the angel. “Yunho? If I…Will he…” Am I too late? Do I have the chance to save him?
Understanding what Junsu was referring to, Yunho answered honestly. “I don’t know, Su. I’m sorry.”

Junsu nodded in acceptance. He waited until he heard a soft clicked of the door before he cautiously made his way over and sat next to Yoochun’s unmoving body. If he didn’t know any better, he would have thought that he was too late.

With a shaky hand, Junsu gently brushed away a few fallen hairs from Yoochun’s forehead causing the angel to blearily blink his eyes open. Completely drained of energy, Yoochun could only mouth the words to Junsu. His voiced had long disappeared. His body was slowly giving out. It wouldn’t be long until his last breath.

Junsu could only stare at him in confusion, not understanding what Yoochun was trying to convey. “Yoochun-ah.” Junsu admitted. “I don’t understand what you are saying.”

Yoochun closed his eyes with a flutter. Sensing Junsu’s hand curling against his own usable one, Yoochun concentrated on the warm feeling, the last link between their souls. Yoochun telepathically relay the message to Junsu. A gasped and a tightening of his hand was all Yoochun needed as he knew Junsu had heard him.

Junsu-ah, May I ask you for one last request? My one and only request.
I know you still don’t believe in Twin Souls, Our Soul.
I can feel my time is drawing near. It wouldn’t be long now.
I just want to spend my last moment with you.
Could you please stay by my side until my last breath?

Yoochun could feel the trembling of Junsu’s hand in his own weaken one. A soft warm breath ghosted over his left ear as Junsu whispered the words he longed to hear.

“Of course, Yoochun-ah. There’s nothing else I rather do than to be here with you. I love you.”

Soft lips pressed themselves against Yoochun’s chapped one, sealing the answer that he had yearned to hear from the one person he loved more than his own life. Cradling Yoochun’s face close to his, Junsu pressed their foreheads together. Their tears mixed as one as they both cried.

“I do love you, Yoochun.” Junsu whimpered, pressing kisses after kisses along Yoochun’s face. “I’m sorry I didn’t realize it sooner. I’m sorry I caused you so much pain. I love you. I love you.”

“Please, don’t give up.” Junsu pleaded, holding Yoochun’s weak body against his own. “Please. I’m here now. Please hang on and fight. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. My Twin Souls. Don’t leave me.”

Hearing Junsu uttered those words, Yoochun snapped his bloodshot eyes opened. A soft squeezed to his hand had Junsu smiling, knowing that Yoochun was willing to fight for their love. His smile quickly turned into a frown because he knew, he knew that his confession, his realization wasn’t enough to made Yoochun stronger. Yoochun’s condition was far worst. His words couldn’t possibly be enough to save their souls.

“Chunnie-ah.”

Yoochun smiled as the word of endearment slipped through Junsu’s lips so easily. Junsu’s heart fluttered in excitement at the smile. He would do anything to see that smile on Yoochun’s face again.

“What do I need to do to make you feel better?” Junsu stroked Yoochun’s brown hair tenderly. The action itself came easily to him. It felt so right. He had never felt the needed to love and protect someone as much as he did with Yoochun. Not even Jaejoong. “How do I fix this?”

The answer was obvious in Yoochun’s eyes and Junsu was glad that he was able to see a flicker of life back into those warm brown eyes.

Listen to your heart. Listen to our souls.

Making himself comfortable, Junsu rested his forehead against Yoochun, cradling Yoochun closed to him. Junsu closed his eyes and concentrated on what Yoochun told him. The image of Yoochun’s warm eyes along with his smile tugged at Junsu’s heart. The uncomfortable pain he had grown accustom to these past few weeks was replaced with those of yearning. The desire to love Yoochun to do nothing, but love his Twin Souls was becoming stronger by the second. His half of their souls ached for him to bond with his mate. To complete their bond, their souls. To finally be one.

Junsu gasped in surprised, his eyes snapped open. He felt himself stared into Yoochun, the answer clearly visible in his Twin Souls’ eyes. “Bond? Junsu stammered. “Is…is that just another word for sex?”

Yoochun’s adorable laughter echoed loudly in his mind. He couldn’t help, but smile at the sound. Junsu knew right then that he wanted nothing more, then to be able to make Yoochun smiled and laughed so freely for as long as he could.

“So the only way for me to save you is for us to have sex?” Junsu asked a slight teasing in his tone.
Yoochun blushed at the word sex, but nodded at the question nonetheless. As an angel, he was taught the word to bond or make love rather than the word sex human often used.
“You are too cute. You know that?” Junsu murmured low in his throat. His nose buried against the crook of Yoochun’s neck inhaling the sweet aroma that belong only to Yoochun. “You smell good enough to eat, Chunnie-ah.”

A shiver cursed through Yoochun’s immobile limbs as Junsu kissed and sucked a certain spot behind Yoochun’s ear. Junsu grinned, satisfied with the reaction. He continued to trail his kisses down Yoochun’s neck as his hand joined in the quest to bring Yoochun pleasure. Faint sound of Yoochun’s whimpered left his mouth as Junsu’s hand finally made contact with the smooth skin of his belly. As soon as the contact started it stopped. Yoochun whimpered in disappointment. He wanted to feel Junsu’s warm hand against his cool body. Yoochun blinked his eyes open to see Junsu sat back on his heels, staring at him in thought.

Before Yoochun could speak to him, Junsu started speaking with a wiggle to his eyebrow. “Chunnie-ah, I know you still can’t move around much. So I just want to get you naked before we begin the serious stuff.”
Turning his head away as much as he could to hide the blushed that crept his face, Yoochun said telepathically. We…we can wait until I’m stronger.
Junsu frowned slightly at Yoochun’s words, his hand cupping Yoochun’s cheek as he spoke his concern. “I’m not willing to take the risk, Chunnie-ah. I don’t want to lose you.”

Yoochun leaned into the warmth of Junsu’s hand, his cheeks painted a rosy pink as he nodded in acceptance. He could feel the concern and the uncertainty Junsu had for him through their souls.

“I promise I’ll be gentle.” Junsu whispered through the soft touch of their lips.

Startled at the gentle touched of Junsu’s lips, his weaken form began to tremble. Not from fear, but mainly from nervousness. The reality of what would soon take place finally clicking in his brain. As much as he willed his body to stop before Junsu could notice. It was too late when the other man broke their kiss; their lips still lingering against one another.

“Baby?” Junsu asked, concern written across his face. The term rolled off his tongue easily. “What’s wrong did I hurt you? Are you hurt?”
No, I’m not hurt. Yoochun shook his head, biting his lips in embarrassment. I’m…I’m just nervous. That’s all.
Junsu pecked his lips with a chuckled. “Don’t be.”

With that said, Junsu stared into Yoochun’s nervous brown eyes sending reassuring. When he felt Yoochun relaxed, Junsu leaned in slowly kissing the angel, just soft brushed of their lips. As Yoochun became more relaxed and comfortable in Junsu’s arms, Junsu slightly parted his mouth allowing his tongue to trace Yoochun’s bottom lips. Yoochun gasped at the sensation. Junsu took this opportunity to kiss the angel with more force and passion. His tongue silently made its way inside the warm cavern, reaching and searching for the lone pink muscle. He moaned once his own tongue finally made contact with the angel, dancing against the others. Junsu broke away from the intense kiss for a much needed air, ignoring Yoochun whimpered of disappointment to gently striped Yoochun and his own clothing off, leaving them both naked.

“You are beautiful.”

Yoochun replied were cut short when Junsu began to continue to place teasing kisses and bites along his shoulder and collar bone. Satisfied with the attention he gave, Junsu moved his kisses further down to Yoochun’s nipple. A loud moan bounced off the wall of the bedroom as Junsu placed his mouth over one of Yoochun’s pert nipple, sucking softly on the erected bud while the other was being teased and tortured by his fingers. Junsu took his time teasing both nipples, making sure to pay equal attention to both.

A lone hand that wasn’t twisted his abused nipple ran teasingly against his thigh and hip. With a soft bite to Yoochun’s nipple, Junsu traced his kisses further down Yoochun’s flushed body. Upon reaching the angel’s hip, Junsu playfully bit down at the bend of Yoochun’s hip taking pleasure in hearing his soon to be mate cried out in absolute pleasure. His finger took its time in swirling the pre-cum pooling on Yoochun’s flat stomach. Yoochun’s breath hitched the moment Junsu’s mouth moved closer to his throbbing erection and before he knew what happened, a warm wet heat engulfed the head of his erection quickly. Yoochun writhed against the sheet in pleasure as Junsu sucked softly on the head of his cock while the rest of his length was teased by Junsu’s deadly fingers.

“Jun…Junsu…” Yoochun called out hoarsely. Having finally regained his strength to voice out his need. “Su…”
“What?” Junsu mumbled, the soft velvety head of Yoochun’s cock still resting comfortably in his mouth.

Yoochun groaned at the sight. Junsu smirked as he felt the Yoochun’s cock twitched and swell in his own mouth. Ignoring Yoochun’s plead, Junsu took Yoochun deeper into his mouth before releasing it with a loud plop as Yoochun’s throbbing erection slapped against his stomach. To further give Yoochun’s pleasure he moved his kisses down to the tightening globe of Yoochun’s sacs. Taking one after the other into his mouth, giving it the much attention it deserved.

Hearing moaned after moaned escaping his lover lips, Junsu finally took noticed of his own throbbing length. Not wanting to waste any more time, Junsu carefully spread Yoochun’s leg apart revealing the small pink entrance. Smiling at the thought that no one else, but him would get to have his Yoochun that way he did, Junsu stuck his tongue out once again to circle the tight entrance applying a little more force with each turn.

Refusing to allow his lover to experience more pain, with a little more force Junsu pushed his tongue in letting it slipped through the clenching muscle. Yoochun could only cry out as Junsu still his hip, resisting any movement as one finger, two fingers joined in stretching his entrance. Preparing the angel for something much larger than Junsu’s fingers and tongue.

“Please…” Yoochun whimpered, both aloud and in their mind. “Please, Su…I can’t…”

Not be able to resisted Yoochun any longer, Junsu situated himself between Yoochun’s parted legs. His own cock leaking pre-cum against the taunt of his stomach. Junsu shifted forward, he bended Yoochun’s knees and draped it over his strong arms. His right hand moved down to the tips of his cock, gingerly spreading the pre-cum gathered there around the head of his shaft.

Positioning his angry red cock against Yoochun’s quivering entrance, Junsu asked. “Are you ready?”
“Yes.” Yoochun moaned as Junsu pushed the head of his cock further into Yoochun’s pink hole allowing the tip to gently breach the tight opening. “Please!”

Junsu groaned at the heat emitting from Yoochun as he steadily pushed his length past the tight ring of muscle. Tilting his head back, Junsu gave out a loud moaned as Yoochun’s hole gripped him tightly. His own cried of ecstasy mixed with Yoochun. Scared of hurting his lover, Junsu shallowly thrust his length inside Yoochun until it was buried completely in the gripping heat.

“Baby.” Junsu panted. Sweats dripping down from his forehead as he bent forward, kissing Yoochun softly. His hip moved on its own accord as he could no longer with held the need to complete the joining of their souls. “You feel so good. So tight.”

“Junsu-ah.” Yoochun pleaded, his hip moving up to meet the steady rhythms of Junsu’s thrust. “Please, faster. Faster.”

Hearing the plea, snapped Junsu out of his control as he picked up speed and began to thrust into Yoochun faster and harder. Despite the hold Junsu had on his hips, each thrust had Yoochun propelling forward. Yoochun could feel Junsu’s balls slapping against his ass. The erotic sounds of their skin slapping against one another sent shiver down his spine.

Lost in pleasure, Yoochun could feel the heat coiled in his lower abdomen, his hardening length bounced forcefully from the impact of Junsu’s thrust. Junsu gave out a loud groaned as Yoochun’s hole squeezed him almost painfully, along with the tightening in his sacs signaling his fast approaching orgasm.

“Chun-ah, I’m close.” Junsu gasped, canting his hip up and quickening his thrust in hope of bringing his and Yoochun’s orgasms closer.

Yoochun gave out a yelped of surprised and pleasure as the tip of Junsu’s cock forcefully made contact with his prostate. With just a few aim thrusts, Yoochun’s entire body tensed, his channel painfully clenched down as his body went into spasms, orgasm ripped through his body. His cocks spewed string of string of white strands against both his and Junsu’s stomach. Feeling Yoochun clenched down on his swelling erection, Junsu gave into his release as he too released his warm cum deep inside his lover sealing the last bit of their bonds.

At the peaked of their climax, Yoochun gasped. It was as if he was taking the first breath of fresh air to his much needed lungs. He could feel the lost part of his soul rushed back into his body. The moment Junsu had finally reached his orgasms they both could feel their halves of a soul reunited and flow through both of their body. One complete soul. A Twin Souls.

Junsu continued to deliver soft small thrust as they both ride out they orgasm. The harsh panting of their breaths soon returned to soft deep breaths, their hearts beat slowly return to its original pace. Unable to resist Yoochun’s swollen and parting lips, Junsu dived into it kissing and biting the red lips. The need to breathe made them parted away, smiled adorn on both of their faces.

Wanting both of them to be more comfortable, Junsu rolled them both over on to his back, his cock still buried deep inside his mate and Yoochun’s legs still locked tightly around Junsu’s slim waist. Neither was willing to let the others go.

Reaching down to pull the cover over their naked body, Yoochun relaxed his body on top of his lover. Their sweats mingle as one, their legs entwined in a tangle of limbs. It couldn’t have been more perfect. Happy and contents, an echo of their deep even breathing bounced softly against the four wall as their breath blended in as one along with their hearts and soul.

Just around midnight, Yunho gradually eased the door open, peeking in on the couple. The sight that greeted him had him smile as wide as the sun. The two bodies laid together on the bed, legs a tangle of limbs. It wasn’t the position that they were in that had made Yunho so happy. It was the once again magnificence black wings that was reflecting against the moon light that had made Yunho heart at peace. It was then he knew that everything would be just fine.
